Terms & conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the operator of the accommodation facility Casa MIAmore (hereinafter the “Apartment”) and the customer (hereinafter the “Guest”). By submitting a reservation, the Guest confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Accommodation Reservation
2.1 Reservations can be made via the website www.casamiamore.com, by email, or through booking platforms.
2.2 A reservation is confirmed only after receiving a confirmation email.
2.3 The operator reserves the right to refuse a reservation in justified cases.
3. Payment and Deposit
3.1 A deposit may be required at the time of booking, as stated in the reservation system.
3.2 The remaining balance for the stay must be paid according to the instructions in the reservation confirmation.
3.3 Payment can be made by bank transfer or by another method provided during the reservation.
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1 The Guest may cancel the reservation in writing via email.
4.2 The cancellation policy provided at the time of booking is binding:
• Free cancellation is possible until the date specified in the reservation.
• Late cancellation or no-show: a fee of up to 100% of the accommodation price may be charged.
4.3 In case of unforeseen circumstances, the operator reserves the right to cancel the reservation; the Guest will receive a full refund.
5. Check-in and Check-out
5.1 Standard check-in: from 15:00 (unless otherwise agreed).
5.2 Standard check-out: until 10:00 (unless otherwise agreed).
6. House Rules
6.1 The Guest is responsible for using the Apartment in accordance with good conduct and the operator’s regulations.
6.2 Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the Apartment.
6.3 Pets are not allowed in the Apartment.
6.4 The Guest is responsible for any damage caused to the Apartment’s furnishings or equipment. Compensation may be charged based on the actual cost of repair or replacement.
7. Maximum Occupancy
7.1 The number of guests must not exceed the capacity specified in the reservation.
7.2 Violation may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
8. Cleaning and Maintenance
8.1 Final cleaning is included in the price unless stated otherwise.
8.2 The Guest must maintain basic cleanliness during their stay.
8.3 The operator may enter the Apartment if necessary for maintenance or to handle an emergency situation.
9. Liability and Safety
9.1 The operator is not responsible for the personal belongings of Guests or for damages caused by their negligence.
9.2 Guests must comply with safety instructions and the proper use of equipment.
9.3 The operator is not liable for power outages, internet failures, or other services beyond its control.
10. Personal Data (GDPR)
10.1 The operator processes Guests’ personal data for the purpose of providing accommodation, maintaining records, and meeting legal obligations.
10.2 Personal data is not shared with third parties except where required by law.
10.3 The Guest has the right to access, correct, or delete their personal data.
11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
11.1 All disputes are to be resolved primarily amicably.
11.2 The legal relationship between the Guest and the operator is governed by the laws of Italy.
12. Final Provisions
12.1 These Terms and Conditions become effective on the date of publication on www.casamiamore.com.
12.2 The operator reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
